Sims 4 Game Keeps Freezing On Mac

Hello, 

My Sims 4 game keeps freezing on my Mac. Every time I try to play the sims the game freezes 2-3 minutes into playing the game. It freezes to the point that that the only way I can exit the game is by restarting my computer. I have only have MC Command Center. I removed MC Command Center and also removed and then added all of my saves and the issue keeps happening. I also reinstalled the game and the issue still persisted. Please let me know what else I can do to resolve this issue.
