I purchased the pack a few months ago and I have yet to be able to even use it the world has yet to load nothing online has helped so far. I am using an updated MAC.

I have the Royalties & Legacy pack downloaded and installed on the EA app however when I launch the game, the world is faded and when I hover over it there is a window that says it's not downloaded or installed and I'll need to relaunch once it is to play.
I have tried to uninstall and then reinstall, I've repaired, I've removed mods and everything yet it still won't work. I don't know what else to try.
