Just registering your product code doesn't mean you are playing the digital version of the game, you have to uninstall your most recent EP and download it digitally, patch using the digital patch and then try and play. If you previously had the game on your Mac why did you rebuy it? And did you uninstall and delete all the hidden files or just use the uninstaller and delete your user data in your Documents folder?
