Yes I want to change floors and walls but those keys doesn't work they change my camera angle I don't know what happened
These buttons go up and down floors for me:
When I hover over the walls cutaway options it says to use the Home and End keys but I don't know what those are. I think they refer to a Windows keyboard? None of those keys changed my camera angles, have you changed any settings in System Preferences > Keyboard?
- @Bluebellflora I didn't change anything. These keys are supposed to go up and down floors but they don't. They change camera angle instead. I guess it's a bug or something and I don't have idea how to repair it.

Ok. Hopefully you'll get it figured out. Would be a good idea to try another keyboard if you can, to discount an issue with the key mapping of your current keyboard.- @Bluebellflora I tried another one yesterday and it worked perfectly. Unfortunately that keyboard is dedicated to Windows devices so it's not compatible with apple's shortcuts. So until I find a solution I have to switch between keyboards :/ it's not what I've been looking for here.
