the thing is that it is this very account that I purchased the games. As it was opened inly for my ea account. It just one day they vanished. :(

Community ManagerCan you confirm for me that you're looking at the purchase history page I linked above? Is that where you're not seeing any orders listed?
If that page is blank, try signing out and back in. There could be certain issues preventing you from seeing games in the EA app, but that page won't be affected and should always show the orders placed from a particular account.
If there's any trouble with that still, please contact support with the link above so they can check into this with you.
