Unable to Play Sims 4 in English – Need Help!

I’m encountering a significant issue. I really need to play Sims 4 in English, but unfortunately, I can’t. Even though my EA profile, EA App, and my Mac are all set to English, the game only offers three language options—none of which include English.

As a long-time fan who has played every Sims game since the first one, I’m incredibly frustrated. I’m from Ukraine, and it’s crucial for me not to play in Russian, and I don’t understand Czech or Polish.

Can anyone help me understand why the English language option isn’t available for me? I’d be really grateful for any advice or support.
