I have Unrecognized Video Card issue, which does disallow me several options in gameplay making it impossible to play.
I tried fixing it going through this link: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/READ-FIRST-Unrecognized-video-card/m-p/9507008 but it did not work.
I have also repaired the game several times - did not help still Video Card is: Name (database): [Found: 0, Supported: 1].
Please help me to solve this issue ( I am even willing to pay) since it is making gameplay impossible for me. Will be really gratefull.
Hi I'm having the same problem could you help me?
