Visual Glitches on Mac?

Hello! About a week ago, my game started glitching badly. Weird lines and flickering started appearing all over the screen in both CAS and gameplay mode. Here are a couple of videos showing the issue...

A clean Sims 4 folder, not just an empty Mods folder. Please see my previous post for explanation.

    Ok. Maybe you have an issue with your Mac. If you find the cause please post with what fixes it to help others who may have the same issue.
