I just bought Businesses & Hobbies but when I try downloading it the app shows me a notification with the message: '' You dont own this content. Buy the content in the app''. But I checked my payment records and I did buy it. How do I fix this?
I have already tried to reset the app and clear the cache as well but the problem will not dissolve.

Waarschijnlijk was je iets te vroeg met je poging om het uitbreidingspakket te downloden. Meestal zijn de pakketten pas na 19:00 u Nederlandse tijd beschikbaar. Als je het pakket nog niet hebt, raad ik je aan om even te kijken in de Manage add-ons categorie van de EA app. Je vindt die in de bibliotheek als je op de drie puntjes in de tegel van De Sims 4 klikt. Laat even weten of je anders nog vragen hebt.
Bedankt voor je reactie. De add-on stond er al wel tussen, ik kon hem alleen niet downloaden. Ik heb uiteindelijk contact gehad met de helpdesk en zij noemden dat het tot 24 uur kon duren voordat je het pakket kan downloaden. Na ongeveer 30 uur kon ik de uitbreiding downloaden en nu werkt hij prima!
