In-gamemode problems

Hi everyone.

I need help. I buy 3 codes and nowthey are in-gamebut they never showup in game. Things I tried:

• remove game - remove ea app- remove cache- updat ea- repair sims4- settings check- play with no mods or dlc-

Pls help me support let me wait for 4 days now. It is on windows, and yeah my pc can handle sims4
