Scenarios: parental predicaments

The first step of Parenting Predicaments won't complete: Make sure kids get a good night's sleep.

What i tried so far: bought base game children's beds (no bunkbeds). The beds are assigned. The monsters under the bed spray is used. Parents tuck them in. Tried it without tucking them in. Nightlight is installed. Other lights are set on automatic. Energy bar is on yellow: They sleep a full night and get a full green energy bar. Yet the goal won't complete. 

Also repaired my game. Is there more I can do to complete this goal? Or is it a bug?
