Try if it starts if you do a clean boot: https://help.ea.com/uk/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/ to make sure it's not a conflict
When you reinstalled the drivers, you did uninstall them first and then re-download the newest ones ?

Did you try the game mode ?
I can't even get the game to open at all. It flashes back to a black screen, then the error message pops up. I tried to repair it, then reinstalled it, then did a clean boot. Nothing is working.

The game mode has to do with the creators update on Windows. Check the link I posted
I'm not sure but I thought there were may drivers for Nvidia. Did you check if yours are up-to-date ?
Yeah, updated yesterday. It was with the Nvidia GeForce Experience thing. I had to click on the optimize button in there for the game to work. Apparently this is a problem with more than one solution.
