Accidentally double purchased extensions for sims 4

I was looking to buy my wife a present and since she loves the Sims I have purchased extensions for her in the past. Sadly this time around I bought 3 extension packs and forgot I had purchased 2 of them a year or so ago. Obviously the EA support page is completely useless and intentionally set to send you in 100 circles with no resolution. I was hoping someone on here may know how to get this resolved? I made the mistake of buying something I had but it is extremely unreasonable that EA would be allowed to keep $80 because of an accident when I received 0 goods in return...

Thank you i ended up finding where the support link was for chat since it wasn't under the expected one (orders and such).

I ended up getting a case open but since the charge didn't finish going through i need to reach out later

i am currently having his same issue. Where do i go to get help? i accidentally bought the same pack twice,

If you've got a duplicate purchase on your account, you can contact the live support team so they can review your billing information and submit a refund for any extra charges.
