@crinrict Yes, the first it happened to me, I wanted my sim to reapply as she didn't get into the specific distinguished degree I wanted. She has not attended university yet. The other times I tried it just to make sure it wasn't some random occurrence. And when I researched the issue, all I could find was stuff about the cool-down period before you can apply again, so I want to make it clear, this occurs after that when you are supposed to be able to reapply.
