all buttons and game info too small to read

The written notices and game info (career bubble, calls from other sims, info about school or moods) are all so small I cannot read them. How to I make the text larger so it can be read. All text including going into buy mode, all buttons  and seeing who lives in which house. I just installed my game on a new surface book
