All Households Lost ALL Relationships...Except with Wild Animals!

Between yesterday and today, all of my played households lost all of their relationships! So I mean, I played yesterday, finished playing, turned the game off. Turned the game on today, and now their relationships and interpersonal milestones are all gone- they still have a milestone from a burglary. There was no error notice, no nothing. The game is acting brand new, as if I never played before and just downloaded each household from the gallery. Sims in the literal same played household don't know each other anymore; the spouses need to be introduced to each other and their small children. The only relationships that remained are the wild rabbits and birds! I do copy my save files to another drive, so I copied the files from another day over. The same thing happened!

I do have mods, I check for updates every day that I play, they were all up to date between yesterday and today. I don't know if this matters, but when I went to play yesterday I got this error from the EA App: "some features have been disabled because the EA app launched from another application". I had to go to the Task Manager to end "EA background service"
