Another Update, Another Round of Bugs
Don't excuse this as "too many bug reports in one" when it was ALL caused by your single new update.
Updated my game, because y'all force us into each update regardless of whether we want it or not. Your update not only didn't actually update me to have the new generational or staircase features, but it also added bugs.
My game froze in a way it's never frozen in all my years of playing it; I walked away for two hours and came back, too bad I didn't have the foresight to save every few minutes and I lost all my progress in my build. The screen was fully visible, I could interact with SOME things, but not others. Like my cursor would change when hovering over items, and I could click and drag those items, but I couldn't SEE that I was dragging those items. Everything remained visually static, and I couldn't place new items (by which I mean my cursor did not change the way it normally would after I place items).
Another glitch is for some reason when trying to place a vending machine, at certain angles it would shoot over to the forefront of my screen just like smaller items that slot to stuff like tables. Obviously vending machines never slot to anything, and there was nothing I could visibly see it slotting to. But it kept jumping around every time I tried moving it like I normally would to place it. So I had to place it bit by bit until I got it to where I needed it, so I could at least Ctrl+z and it'd be close by, so I didn't have to keep zooming far out to retrieve it again.
Is now a bad time to mention y'all still haven't fixed the pitch-black skin texturing glitch from months ago? The one that has hundreds of upvotes? (Not a new report, so again don't call it that, just a reminder.)
And yeah, again the "update" didn't update a single thing. No wavy or whatever hair option in CAS. In fact I saw items in build mode that originally weren't misplaced but now are; there was a railing that I thought was Base Game, but when I filtered by Base Game it said it was from Horse Ranch. So either the pack stamp on the railing is wrong, or the filtering system isn't working now. The new stair controls are of course not appearing for me. And yes, I placed them on their own, not on short platforms and such, to give them all the space they needed for the controls to show up. They ain't there. And there are no new generational/family relationship options anywhere that I can see. Nothing new in the family trees.
Yes my mods were not only turned off, but taken out entirely. As in my mods folder is currently entirely empty. Yes, I started a new save. Did everything YOU all told us to. :)
