Habia tenido problemas con mi primera cuenta por el cc, elimine y formatee el juego, perdi todo, ahorita que hice nuevos sims y todo eso, cada que inicio una partida me aparece con trabajo, cc, amgiso y habilidades, cuando claramente ya no tengo ningun cc, y lo volvi a FORMATEAR, y aun sigue. da igual si provienen de la Galería o si son totalmente nuevos. Ya me ha pasado dos veces. ¿Qué debería hacer? Reiniciar o reparar el juego no sirve de nada. ayuda, por favor. Gracias y saludos.

I had issues with my first account due to custom content (CC); I deleted and reformatted the game and lost everything. Now, whenever I create new Sims and start a game, they show up with jobs, CC, relationships, and skills—even though I clearly don't have any CC anymore. I even reformatted the game again, but the problem persists. It happens regardless of whether they come from the Gallery or are brand new. This has happened to me twice now. What should I do? Restarting or repairing the game doesn't help. Please help. Thanks.
