There have been case where that mod cause issues with babies (even after removing the mod) but I thought only for the household involved.
How many Sims do you currently have in that household ?

Including the glitchy baby, I have 6
- Do you have a save from before the baby was born ? Does the baby show in the household manager at all so you can delete it ?
I am able to delete the baby from the household but the problem also appears when I try to adopt a baby in a different household.
Would you be willing to share your save with me ?

I'm unsure if I tried the right save/family but I didn't have any issues with the baby being born or adopting. I have 3 worlds in my game at the moment and one of them has a lot of different families. One of them contains one played household with characters including David Bowie, Vanilla Dapedo, and Jonty North. That is not the game I'm having trouble with. The other two worlds are nearly identical since one of them was a test. The one I'm having trouble with is the world with a lot of played households, and the household I'm having trouble with is in the bottom right hand corner of Willow Creek. It has one adult sim called Serenity Mathis, and a bunch of toddlers. I also found that the bug persisted with I tried adopting a baby in the household right across from that one (it's a large mansion with sims called Charlie Belfast, Dennis Parker and Peter Parker)
- What's the save game called ? On the Load menu they have a name.
It should say "The Ratpack"
- I believe that's the one I tested.
Have you removed all your mods as suggested for testing purposes ? Yeah I have removed the mods. There are two worlds called the ratpack so make sure you open the one called "The Ratpack" and not "The Ratpack [test]"
Seems there multiple thinks corrupted about that save.
When I move the family with the baby to a different lot, the baby appears just fine and I can adopt with that family.
The family opposite can't seem to adopt even if you move them to a different lot.
Don't know if there's a way to fix it or what corrupted and if it was a mods fault or not.
DId the family living opposite ever have more than 8 Sims (including animals) ?
No they didn't
Not sure what else I can do to help you. Seems one family is not able to adopt and the one with the baby has issues on that lot.
Maybe you can move them to a different lot ?
