Pineapplechnks This can happen when the game is running at a different resolution than the monitor or screen. Did it help to switch back to fullscreen mode and 1920x1080?

Pineapplechnks What resolution are you using in Sims 4 itself? It's listed with the other graphics options, near the top. If you're not already, switch to 1920x1080 and restart the game.

If that doesn't help, or you're already using 1920x1080, switch to windowed mode, quit, reload, switch back to fullscreen, and quit and reload again.
