Bought same game twice and cant see where to request a refund?

I just bought the cottage living expansion and the game didnt load into my EA and I didnt get the payment notification straight away so I assumed there was an issue and clicked again on pay - now I have been charged twice and have two copies of the game - how can I request a refund?

    Hi, I have this same issue but that link doesn't link to a form. Just shows instructions without a link or anything on how to get to it. I accidentally bought 2 packs twice and need a refund but I think I only have 24 hours. Please help if you can

    chaichanel From the site there, you'll select Game Support-> EA Account-> I want to view my orders. From there, you'll see the available contact options.
