Businesses & Hobbies not showing up in game

Hi, 

So I purchased the new Businesses & Hobbies pack from CD Keys (I usually always get my packs from there and have never had any issues before) but this time the pack just isn't showing up in the game even though it says that I own it and that it's downloaded! I've tried restarting the game, repairing the game, restarting my laptop and completely uninstalling/reinstalling the game but nothing has worked!! I don't think it's even registered that it's updated either though as I didn't get the usual 'Enable Mods/Custom Content' pop up...... 

I just don't know what to do now like I'm literally at a complete and utter loss 😭💔
