I am too experiencing this on a fresh installation (new PC, no mods, no CC).
I've disabled Origin-In-Game and Discord overlay but still the camera spins at 1000RPM with very little effort on my part :D
This is the the first time I've had an issue like this so interested to know if anyone can suggest a fix.
