@DarlingMads Do you have another mouse you can test with? Even if you have to borrow one or dig out an old one you'd rather not use, it's a helpful test.
Please also try disabling any apps you normally use that come with overlays, for example Steam or Discord. Disable the EA App in-game overlay as well; the option is under Settings > Application.
