Can I run sims 4 with mods and cc on a ASUS vivobook K403JA 14” with i5 and 512GB with 8GB of ram?

@NaveahWhite Yes, you should be able to play on medium-high to high graphics settings. However, you may need to reduce the in-game resolution a bit, depending on what kind of performance you're seeing. It's fine to experiment with different settings, both for resolution and for other details, until you get the results you want.
I will say that you'd get better performance for the same price with an entry-level gaming laptop, but perhaps you prefer this model for other reasons.

I’ve been looking at other laptop options for a while now as the sims 4 does not run the best on my macbook pro. Appreciate the help.
@diamondk98 Yes, this laptop should be able to run Sims 4, all current packs included, on medium-high graphics settings. The processor and graphics chip combination is about as good as you'll see without getting into the range of gaming laptops, so it's an excellent choice in the non-gaming segment.
If you would in fact like to talk about gaming laptops, just ask. Please also list your budget and country as well as any other details that matter to you. But if this laptop is the right choice for you in every other way, it's a good option for Sims 4 as well.
