Can someone read my sims 4 crash notes?

My sims 4 game keeps crashing. It loads up fine but then crashes once in build mode or live mode. I have attached my crash file.

    Hi @tanya19

    the lastcrash files don't attach properly. You need to c/p the text.

    That said, are you using any mods in your game ? If so, have you tried without them ?
