Cannot connect to the Gallery online

Community ManagerHey @PaatB are you seeing an error message of any kind when you try to connect to the gallery?

Hi! I'm having the same problems on both my Mac and my Xbox. Both games are updated to the latest patch and there are no mods being used. There are also no error messages, just the loading wheeling spinning as it says "Attempting To Connect". The internet is working as well. Any help on how to fix this will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Cannot connect to gallery in-game. Gallery is working fine in Edge until I log in to ea.com, after logging in to ea.com, gallery displays a generic "there's an error" problem in the web browser as well. Reproduce (for me) is literally go to:
https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery
Then click the profile button.
Then click login.
Then receive the web page:
Oops, Something has gone Wrong! Please Try Again Later
- @Sylhouette Oh, also - is not working in game either, never successfully goes online, ran repair and ran update manually through Origin and it didn't help, all DLC enabled.
There is no error message popping up, it just thinks without anything happening and does not stop until you klick stay offline.

Is this still happening for you today @HelensLazyLots? Are you still able to connect when you put Origin in offline mode and then online again as you described some days ago?@EA_Mai Yesterday, wednesday, it did not work. I had to restart both game and origin to access gallery. Today, Thursday, gallery was online when starting the game. Being able to connect to gallery problem seem to be when the game feels like it, I have not been able to find a pattern or possible causes as to why gallery does not want to connect.
