Hello.
There was a Gallery maintenance earlier today that we hope helped with this issue.
I'm still having issue connecting to the gallery. Sending the file in PM.
Still having the issue with connecting to the gallery.
I opened a ticked but the team wasn't able to resolve it.- @barooshka Did you try putting Origin in offline mode then re-connecting ?
The issue was temporarily resolved but occurred again today - I've sent a PM with the file info as requested.
I'm trying to seach stuff on the website gallery but it's just not working properly, sometimes if I search a popular streamer/youtuber's name id it will show all their gallery stuff, but if I try to search anything else or just see the newest uploads it says Oops something went wrong.
Ditto. Half of the launch screen is missing and cannot access anything but my own Library. Cannot connect to Gallery, News Feed is a blank screen, Cannot access my uploads.
"Unable to go Online: One or more of The Sims online services is currently Offline. Try again later.This is happening to me as well. Is the gallery actually down? How do we know?

There was a Gallery maintenance today, but it was completed a couple of hours ago. Are you still seeing this problem?
SimQARobo No The Gallery and my Uploads are back. The News Feed issue that has been plaguing people for a couple of weeks now, is still an issue.
- @SimQARobo I have been having this issue for a week now. None of these "gallery maintenance" things ever seem to fix my problem.

I am a player from xboxone in china, please look at this link, other country players have similar problems, so this problem still exists and has not been really solved.This is a problem for players all over the world, because I can’t log in even I use a vpn in China in SIMS4 PC.
hi when i go onto the gallery it only shows me my creations and doesn't give any option to see other peoples, it has been like that for ages it doesn't give me the option to go online it just stays offline. all together its acting like its still in maintenence.
@Chanae45 Are you running the standard version of Sims 4, or the Legacy Edition? The LE doesn't support any online features, including the Gallery.

@Chanae45 That depends on whether your computer runs Windows or macOS, and whether it can in fact support the standard version. Please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post (Windows):

i've been having issues for the past three days. the gallery loads fine in my browser, but not in game.
when i click to open the gallery, it asks if i want to connect or stay offline, i say connect and it does; it loads the gallery at first, but when i click on any of the filters to the left, it asks me again if i want to connect. this time when i say yes, no matter how long i wait it just keeps loading, but nothing happens.
if i close the menu and go back, i'm prompted the same way as the first time, only it doesn't load initially like it did before, it goes straight to loading continuously.
has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Try doing a factory reset of your game folder as is described below

This can also happen when your Tray folder - the library is overloaded - it has too many objects inside.

i tried moving my tray files somewhere else before starting the game to see if it was that, and it was!
i think i'll just move them out of my sims folder when i want to use the gallery in-game, or keep a separate sims 4 folder with them or something along those lines. - @bluesherbertsims

You don't have to remove the Tray folder every time. All you have to do is change the name of the Tray to Tray1 before entering the Gallery. After leaving the Gallery, you will remove from the game folder a new Tray folder which will be created there and again change the name from Tray1 to Tray. - SimQARobo

- @SimQARobo almost 200 at the time of writing my original post. several lots and households i'd saved to my library. i wouldn't have thought it was that much, but apparently so!
