Let me know whether there's a TS4 folder inside, and if so, whether it has any files inside it. There should be two .dat files, plus one .bpf file per successfully-installed Maker pack, although it sounds like you haven't been able to install any yet.
puzzlezaddict Thank you so much for your response. I checked and I have 2 DAT files but I don’t have the bpf one.
