Cannot Download Maker Packs from Marketplace

Hey! I recently bought some Maker Packs from the Marketplace, but when I try to download them, it simply does not. The downloading bar appears at 0%, and after a few moments, it says "Download Fai...

princesszelda03​  Does this happen in a new admin Windows account too?  If so, let me know whether there's a TS4 folder in this location:

C:\Users\your username\AppData\Local

And if so, what files, if any, are generated inside after you try to download something from the Marketplace.
