Cannot open the game

josparsons52 When you say you cleared everything, did you move or rename the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts? This would hide, but not delete, your saves and other user data, the idea being to test in a new save with no extra content. If you haven't done this already, please do so now.
If this doesn't or didn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. You can then attach it to a reply here using the Attachment (paper clip icon) button included with the other formatting options.
