  • I found how to fix this after an hour of repairing my game.

    Repairing the game did not the trick. But I realized that the GameVersion file in my Documents folder were not the same as the real game version.

    If you have the same problem, check in Documents>ElectronicArts>TheSims4 et find the GameVersion file. Open it, and see what number is written.

    Open you game. Check at the bottom of the home page of your game. If the game versions are different, change the one in the file you opened just before for it to match the one written in your game. Worked for me.

    @SimSimonela

    Be sure the version number of the game you have on the screen on the first page at the bottom when you open the game is the same as in the GameVersion file in your game folder.
    If it isn't you need to change the one in the GameVersion folder manually to make it identical to the one in the open game.
    If these versions are identical mods should work.

  • Every time I got into the Sims 4 ever since the update my mods wont stay enabled, so I enable them , exit game and go back in, my mods are still not enabled. I tried restarting my computer. I tried going it origin and right clicking the game and pressing "repair". But nothing worked. Please help me.😢

  • I'm using Avast but i followed your post and its working now hopefully it stays that way. Thanks for you help.
