Cant get free Holiday pack
Every time I click on the free Holiday pack at the bottom of my main menu screen it says "Whoops! Something went wrong! Try again later." Help?

- Are you connected for 'online' play with Origin & Sims?
- Are you sure it's not already in your game? (xmas tree, presents etc..) << or perhaps, when at the link, sign in and add it there.
- Do you have the full Sims 4 game, and not a 'trial'?
- Do you use cc or mods?
nb: Sims Fan & I have no connection to EA
