Hi there, I phoned California head office today and was given this case number and put on hold. After an hour of being on hold I had to hang up cause I am phoning from New Zealand and the cost would have been too much. I received the email in the img above saying that EA tried getting hold of me but was unable too and they have resolved the case. I don't want it resolved, I am trying live chat now it said waiting times 5 to ten minutes, I have waited 15 minutes allready but is still leaving it open for now. Is there anybody that could contact me via email and help me with this case or a NZ ea person contact me on my home line. Its a bit redicilous how a person can not have one simple question answered, have to jump through six million hoops and then gets ignored blatantly although its costing you an arm and a leg to try and resolve something ☹️
