Brohepsi Is this on your laptop's built-in screen, or an external monitor? If you're using a monitor, please test with the laptop screen instead.
And if you're using any kind of tool that changes how the game works—ReShade/GShade, a lighting mod, a utility or custom file to improve graphics, whatever—please remove it and repair the game, then test again.
Please also provide a dxdiag, for reference. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.

puzzlezaddict It is my laptop's monitor, I have no other screens. I am not using reshades that I know of; I even tried turning on Nvidia game overlay to see if it would fix it and it did not. Here is the dxdiag:
