Constant flashing and lag spikes.
recently redownloaded the sims on my new pc and had this happen. it seems to be non existent when you start the game, and gradually gets worse as you play. the attachment below was around 15 minutes ...
it was a gpu problem. got my pc back today and nothing seems to be happening! finally a calm sims experience lol. thank you all for helping out! i got a 1070ti (best he had on hand) and a new case as well :)
