Cottage Living - No Autonomous Livestock/Crop Care

I don't know if this is a bug but it's definitely not a feature.

Because The Sims 4 plays all households in "real" (sims) time, there must be a mechanism for sims to autonomously care for livestock and crops when playing another family. It's critical to be able to do rotational play with numerous families, but if I go to another household for a day or two, when I load the previous household all the livestock are very upset. This is a massive problem and needs to be fixed.

  • Except that doesn't work with the livestock, because as soon as I load the house again all the livestock are ready to leave because they've been so terribly neglected.
Edit: I'm talking about played households, not unplayed.

For example, I'm playing the Jones family and all the livestock are happy. I switch over to the Smith family for a day and I get a notification that the Jones' cow is unhappy and planning to leave. That's obnoxious, they should be autonomously caring for the livestock.

  • @crinrict There seems to be something wrong with that board, I tried submitting and it cleared out everything I painstakingly typed.

@SimplestClerk The form is sometimes a bit of a pain.

If you can't get it to work, just c/p the form here and I'll sort it after that.
