I can definitely understand the frustration with this, but missing content and other account issues are not something we can look into here on Answers HQ. We don't have the tools to investigate this directly, I'm afraid.
Hopefully the EA Help team can get this sorted out for you. I'll also send up some feedback on your previous cases to see if we can help prevent this sort of confusion from happening again.

Yeah. I know. Currently they're telling me to contact CDKeys to get it fixed, but I don't think that's going to work whatsoever.
