[CURRENT ISSUE] Anti-Virus blocking User Folder (Screenshots/Gallery/Mods..)

I updated sims4 and added few mods to 'mods' folder. After logging in i set in settings 'enable mods and custom content' and exited the game- to restart it. After restarting it popped up that 'mods are disabled after an update'. i tried few times and it doesn't work. on top of that antivirus blocks the actual app from accessing a folder at launch

forgot to mention that even without the mods in, antivirus shows a threat at launch
