Had an ongoing issue for about a year with the gallery having spinning loading symbols for ages, then eventually turning to red crosses.
Searching for similar issues online suggests it's a firewall blocking it, but I've disabled all firewalls AND added the EA folders and Sims exe to whitelist and still not having any luck.
I've also done the repair fix, deleted the cache file, done the EA app recovery, completely uninstalled and reinstalled, removed the SIMS 4 folder from Documents - EA and allowed a completely blank new game to install. Still no luck.
If anyone has any ideas at all, I'd really appreciate it.
