I don't have any mods or add ons. When I click on "new game" the sim maker just shows stars and the aspiration menu. Not the sim or anything else. I am new to this game and I don't really know how to troubleshoot.

I even downloaded Sims 4 legacy to see if my computer was the issue, but I'm having the exact same problem. 

Can anybody help?

    Please try repairing your game through Origin. That should solve the issue
