Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Enter a new save and open create a sim for the affected townies such as Katrina Caliente or Nancy Landgraab.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is a visual glitch on certain townies such as Nancy Landgraab, Katrina Caliente, and others that gives the skin a texture error pattern.
What do you expect to see? The townies as they would appear prior to discovering this visual glitch.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I tried to edit the Landgraab household and noticed that Nacy Landgrab (and other seemingly random townies) have a texture issue with their skin even after removing all clothes, hair, skin details, etc. from all outfit categories. This still occurred after removing all mods/cc, turning off the setting to allow mods/cc, and then opening a brand new save file.
