[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 already running

I have been trying to solve this issue for 2 months now.I have tried everything on the internet but it still crashes.When i click on sims 4 (it does the same thing on steam,EA or the sims 4 on desktop) EA says "preparing the game" then it tries to open but can't and the white screen won't go away. When I go back to the EA it says "it' already running".I can only close the white screen on the task manager. Please help i just don't know what i can do else.
