[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Failed to Launch Game

Was getting the Game Already Running warning.  Tried repairing my packs.  Then tried repairing the app. Restarted PC.  Same deal each time. Moved my files out of the EA folder onto desktop and it launched and loaded. THEN IT SAID IT DIDN'T REALIZE MY GRAPHICS CARD.  This is win 11 with Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 and 32 gb ram at only 33% memory use with the game open.

Whatever is up with the launcher doing this, Y'ALL NEED TO FIX it becaues it happened AFTER your last update. I didn't even have mods, so what gives? And what happens if I try to put my old game file back in that spot again, will it bork it out?  Will I get my saves back?

EDIT: Answer is NOPE, I got none of my saves back from the desktop folder but luckily I had another copy of this year's saves folder saved in another place on my HD. Be very careful to just copy and paste or cut and past everything into each folder back over, don't make the same mistake of drag and drop like I did!

EDIT EDIT: Now when I try to click on a family from a past save it's stuck loading.  So it's STILL UNPLAYABLE. Been waiting 5 minutes and counting. I am not enthused by this.   e_e
