For the past two days, I haven’t been able to launch The Sims 4. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but nothing has worked. My “time played” keeps increasing, and I keep getting the message: “The Sims 4 is already running, go ahead and start playing, it’s a good one.” However, the game never actually opens.
Could anyone please help me understand why this is happening and how I can fix it? I'm so devastated...
