When I open my EA App there"s a Sims 4 Edition Play button saying that the sims 4 is already running I'll press the OK button but my game doesn't open. I've made a complain but its been almost a week and I can't play my game. I need that play edition button gone I'm not computer savvy so I don't know what to do. HELP
