5leepy_5eb​  Did you try all the suggestions in the first post of this thread?

Your dxdiag doesn't list anything specific that would cause issues with Sims 4 or any Sims 4-related errors.  But that's not a surprise—this particular error message often doesn't generate a Windows error because it's not necessarily a crash, rather the game not starting at all.
