Here you go! I have tried disabling the in app overlay and it doesn't help. I don't know how to turn off the touchscreen on my computer, so I haven't been able to try that.

MelC1994 You're the fourth player I've seen with this issue and this exact model laptop. While that's highly suspicious, I unfortunately haven't been able to fix the issue or found any useful approaches.
But since the problem is confined to one particular laptop, the problem could be Lenovo software. So please open the Task Manager and kill anything with Lenovo in its name before trying to play. Go through the entire background processes list. If you accidentally kill a critical process, you can simply restart your laptop.
