brayleighms Please go into Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any file called lastexception you see. Try to load the household again (you can have the sims in the same household), and then look for a new lastexception. If you find one, please upload it here. The simplest way is to open the file, delete the first line, and attach it as-is.
