Distorted, Monster-like Sims

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.76.81.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except - Journey to Batuu, Strangerville, Vampires, Paranormal, My first pet stuff, Romantic garden, Spooky, Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure. It occurs when I visit another household
What happens when the bug occurs? One sim (usually the toddler) displays with spiny arms and legs and no head. The upper body waves in the air.
What do you expect to see? A normal looking sim
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

At first I thought this affected non-household toddlers only, but I just ended a game where a non-household teenager looked the same way when I visited. I repaired the game this morning and encountered the distorted teen this afternoon. I also had this issue in 2014, around the time of glitched babies (monster babies) but with townies. The issue with adult townies appeared to be fixed with a patch. I have no CC, and no mods in either iterations. I have downloaded player-made houses from the gallery.

In 2014, I played on a laptop. Now, I am on a desktop with the following specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 2700 8-core Processor

ROG Strix B450F

16GB Ram

Windows 10 Pro

No screenshot available as this weirds me out and I can't look at it beyond the first glance.

    @sfm09 I moved your post to the tech forum for now.

    Hopefully it stays this way. Let me know if the issue comes back.

    @sfm09 Toddlers can stretch if they do interactions they aren't supposed to do but since you also say teens are affected, it doesn't sound like that's it

    A screenshot would be really really really helpful.

    Do you also see this in other saves or just that one ?

    The toddlers as usually standing outside their homes/apartment door, so they aren't doing anything and it's not that type of stretching (that one I can handle). This is a wriggling mess of an animation - like a tree with branches swaying. It happens across different save files. I know a screenshot will be really helpful, but sorry I can't bring myself to see it longer than I have too.

    @sfm09 Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

    - Press Windows-Key + R
    - Type: DxDiag
    - Click on Save all Information.
    - Attach the Text File to your post

    Also would you mind sending me your save with instructions which households you have issues with ?

    I've seen a terrifying monster-like "baby" standing outside a house.  Obviously, babies aren't supposed to stand around outside, which is why.  CAS.fulleditmode to age her up to toddler made her perfectly normal.

    @crinrict I read through how to clean and reinstall the drivers, but I'm not sure about 16.

    Choose “Safe Mode (Recommended)” from the drop-down menu > Click on “Reboot to Safe Mode.
    (as you can see, you will now need your Windows User Account Password, the PIN is not enough).

    What are they referring to here? I don't use a password or pin to access my computer.
